Abir Chatterjee is the son of famous theatre actors Rumki Chatterjee and Falguni Chatterjee. He holds a BBA from Goenka Institute of Business Administration and an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
In 2004, after completing his education successfully, Abir started his acting career and became a well-known actor. He started his career by acting in the TV series Shomoy which was aired on Ruposhi Bangla channel and Proloy which was directed by Raj Chakraborty and aired on Sononda TV. Proloy is considered as one of Abir’s best TV series and was well received by the audience as well as the filmmakers. He also got the opportunity to appear on the big screen in a shorter time. Abir has starred in many movies and has received great appreciation in the entertainment industry. Prem by Chance, Cross Connection, Kanamachi, Bedroom and Jekhane Bhooter Bhoy are a few of the movies. Abir Chatterjee entertained the audience with his romantic dialogues and actions. Bojhena Shey Bojhena is a top movie starring Abir Chatterjee in which he gave a wonderful performance and received cheers from the audience.
